To the left of the Dining Room is the fully modernised Kitchen, with Ceramic Hob with Extractor Hood, 3 Ovens, Microwave, 2 Fridges and of course a Dishwasher. This way also leads to the ground floor Bathroom with full bath, twin basins, toilet, bidet, washing machine and tumble dryer and out to the Patio, Pool, Annexe and Garden. There is also direct access to the kitchen through the Garage.

To the right, we pass into the massive Family Living Room, with Satellite Television, DVD Player and a stereo CD/Tape player. From the Living Room we pass up the Marble Staircase to the First Floor.
