Building plot of over 27,000 m² in the mountains in Yecla. The plot has an electricity connection but no water. A water tank will need to be installed for water. The views are truly breathtaking! 

The access road is unpaved but is maintained by the local council. A 4x4 is recommended, although a regular car can also reach the plot.
